At UNCW, undergraduate
students can participate in research and scholarship experiences
in many ways! In every department on campus, you can participate
in supervised directed independent study (DIS) or work on an honors project.
In many departments, there are opportunities to volunteer to work
on a faculty member's research project or to be hired as a research
