Calm app provides tools that you can use to improve your mental wellbeing, get better rest and increase resiliency. These tools include sleep stories, relaxation exercises, daily meditation, and masterclasses.
Headspace Care is an app that offers confidential, on-demand emotional and mental health support for your life challenges through coaching via text-based and face to face chats, self-care activities, and video-based therapy and psychiatry all private on your smartphone
Permanent full-time UNCW employees are eligible as well as dependents.
If you use Headspace Care Therapy and Psychiatry service, a representative from Headspace Care can help connect you with a provider in the State HealthPlan network. Applicable deductibles and copays will apply.
