Leadership Development Cohorts

Leadership Exploration:

Customized for employees with 1-3 years of professional experience.
Cohort meets once a month in Administrative Annex 1002.

Leadership Exploration and Development Plan

Interested participants should register for the August date in the Cornerstone Learning Management System. Once registered, you will be administratively added to the other dates by our team.

Emerging Leadership Development

Customized for employees who have not supervised professional employees and have 3+ years of professional experience.
Cohort meets once a month in Administrative Annex 1002.

Exploring the Top Skills for possible supervisors
Self-Awareness
Stretch Assignments

Supervisor Development

Customized for current supervisors of professional employees.
Participants will choose one cohort to participate with and register for those dates.
Cohorts meet once a month for 1 semester in Administrative Annex 1002.
