Pre-Professional Programs

Pre-Health Ambassadors

Pre-Health Student Ambassadors (PHSAs) are pre-health students at UNCW who are pursuing careers in health professions that require admission to a professional school of health, and are strongly connected with a pre-health student organization on campus. Ambassadors work with the UC Pre-Professional Programs staff to help market and promote programs, events, and services and to build a community of pre-health students. They are also able to provide mentoring to other pre-health students through sharing their experiences and tips for success, their application/admission process, and sharing encouragement for the pre-health journey. Ambassadors are not advisors or tutors. They are here to help support their peers through their shared experience.

If you are interested in connecting with an Ambassador, please see the Profile page for more information.

If you are interested in becoming an Ambassador, please review the PHSA Description and complete the application.
