Continuing & Professional Education (CPE) develops and delivers customized training programs designed to increase efficiencies, improve organizational communication, enhance employee performance, and develop leadership.

We understand businesses have different learning and development needs in building staff and providing leadership opportunities. Our office will work with you to customize programs specific to your organization. We also offer established programs led by UNCW faculty and subject matter experts. Workshops can be offered at your place of business, on the UNCW campus, or delivered virtually or online.
Along with cohort driven offerings, we also periodically offer open enrollment options customized to an industry/industries, for individual learners. For the latest open enrollment option, if one is available it will be listed clearly in our "Featured Program" section.
PROGRAM INVESTMENT
Our custom training is typically delivered as four-hour workshops designed around the needs of your organization.
Standalone workshops currently begin at $3,000 for up to 25 participants. Multi-workshop programs and academies are customized to your organization’s goals and may qualify for reduced per-workshop pricing based on program scope and volume.
Pricing may vary based on participant count, delivery location and travel requirements, program customization, specialized tools or materials, and other program needs. Assessments, when included, are priced separately.
