Important Information

Swimming and Water Safety Levels

Designed for infants and toddlers to build comfort and confidence in the water alongside a parent or guardian. 

Parent & Child Level 1 

Introduces young children to the aquatic environment through songs, games, and guided activities. Swimmers learn water comfort, safe water entry and exit, supported floating, submersion, and basic water safety skills with a parent or guardian in the water. 

Parent & Child Level 2 

Builds on Level 1 by encouraging greater independence while maintaining parent participation. Swimmers practice assisted gliding, supported arm and leg movements, rhythmic breathing, and increased confidence in the water.

Preschool Level 1 

Introduces preschool-aged children to the water while developing comfort, confidence, floating, gliding, breath control, and basic movement skills. 

Skills Include: 

  • Water entry and exit 
  • Bubble blowing and breath control 
  • Front and back floating 
  • Front and back gliding 
  • Rolling between front and back 
  • Basic kicking and arm movements 
  • Beginning treading skills 

Preschool Level 2 

Develops greater independence and comfort while introducing coordinated swimming movements. 

Skills Include: 

  • Safe water entry 
  • Bobbing and submersion 
  • Front and back floats 
  • Gliding independently 
  • Treading water 
  • Coordinated arm and leg movements 
  • Basic backstroke arm action 

Preschool Level 3 

Focuses on developing beginning swimming skills and confidence in deeper water. 

Skills Include: 

  • Jumping into the water safely 
  • Breath holding 
  • Front, tuck, and jellyfish floats 
  • Back floating and gliding 
  • Direction changes while swimming 
  • Treading water 
  • Improved coordinated swimming movements 

Perfect for first-time swimmers who are becoming comfortable in the water. 

Skills Include: 

  • Safe water entry and exit 
  • Breath control and bubble blowing 
  • Floating and gliding 
  • Recovering to a standing position 
  • Rolling between front and back 
  • Beginning treading water 
  • Basic arm and leg coordination

Builds confidence while introducing independent swimming movements. 

Skills Include: 

  • Jumping into the water safely 
  • Full submersion 
  • Floating and gliding independently 
  • Front, tuck, and jellyfish floats 
  • Direction changes while swimming 
  • Treading water 
  • Improved coordination of arms and legs 

Introduces proper stroke mechanics and swimming in deeper water. 

Skills Include: 

  • Headfirst entries 
  • Rotary breathing 
  • Survival floating 
  • Treading water 
  • Flutter, dolphin, scissor, and breaststroke kicks 
  • Front crawl 
  • Elementary backstroke 

Builds endurance while refining stroke technique. 

Skills Include: 

  • Underwater swimming 
  • Surface dives 
  • Survival swimming 
  • Open turns 
  • Front crawl 
  • Back crawl 
  • Elementary backstroke 
  • Breaststroke 
  • Sidestroke 
  • Butterfly 
  • Multiple treading techniques

Tuesday & Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 a.m. & 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.  
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

Patio Deck Hours: 

Monday-Sunday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Outdoor Pool (April – September Academic Session) Hours: 

Monday-Sunday: 10a.m. – 6 p.m.
