Important Messages!!

Summer bills will be issued April 30, 2013. Payment is due May 23, 2013. Non-payment of this bill by May 23, 2013 will result in summer I and II classes being cancelled.

UNCW Student Account – “TealPay” Payment Plan

UNCW offers an “in house” payment plan through E-bill

Monthly payment amounts are based on the tuition and fee schedule as of the enrollment date, housing, meal plans, health insurance, parking decal, post office, and any additional charges to the student at enrollment. Tuition and fees are subject to change based upon final approval by the General Assembly. The $25.00 enrollment fee is non-refundable. A $5.00 late fee will automatically post to the student account if monthly payment is not paid within the 5 day grace period. If at any point your TealPay plan has a credit balance you will be removed administratively from the payment plan and a refund will be processed to your E-Refund account. You are required to enroll in a payment plan each semester.

Available Plans:

All balances are due on final payment due date, or a Pre-Registration HOLD will be placed on the student account. Students and/or Authorized users must re-enroll in plans each term.

Available TealPay Plans:

Summer I and II TealPay Plans – 2013

• Summer I and Summer II bills will be uploaded Tuesday, April 30^th (pre-registration opens April 8^th)
• The online TealPay 3 Payment Plan is available starting Wednesday, May 1, 2013
• A down payment of 1/3 of the account balance plus the $25.00 enrollment fee is due at sign up:
• 1^st installment due June 2^nd
• 2^nd and final installment due July 2^nd
• Summer I and Summer II TealPay enrollment closes on the bill due date May 23^rd.
  
  

  Fall TealPay Payment Plans - 2013

  TealPay 5 Fall 2013:

  Available starting July 19^th – August 7^th Enrollment Fee of $25.00 plus 20% of fall budget due at sign up

  Installment due August 1st
  Installment due September 1st
  Installment due October 1^st
  Final Installment due November 1st

  • Deadline for 5 Pay Fall set up is August 7^th
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to sign up on the TealPay 5, two installments are due before August 7^th.

  TealPay 4 Fall 2013:

  Available starting July 19^th – August 7^th Enrollment Fee of $25.00 plus 25% of fall budget due at sign up

  Installment due September 1st
  Installment due October 1st
  Final Installment due November 1st

  • Deadline for 4 Pay Fall set up is August 7^th

  TealPay 3 Fall 2013: (available after pre-registration drop for non-payment)

  Available starting August 16^th – August 29^th Enrollment Fee $25.00 plus 33% of fall budget due at sign up

  Installment due September 16^th
  Final Installment due October 16^th

  • Deadline for 3 Pay Fall set up is August 29^th
