Facilitate business office operations of Summer School, Distance Education, Onslow Extension Program, e-Learning, Honors, and Isaac Bear Early College

Prepare budget reports, process financial records and transactions
Verify and reconcile program funds and financial budgets
Determine program needs, process expenses and oversee funding
Verify Summer School and Distance Education data for fall, spring, and summer school course offerings
Prepare enrollment reports and provide analysis for projections
Prepare faculty contracts for Summer School and Distance Education
Research, plan, design, and manage all marketing materials and processes for summer school
Oversee administrative and budget needs
