Lecturer in Studio Art for 2008-2009 academic year

The Wilmington campus of UNC is seeking applicants for a one-year full-time lecturer position to teach 2D design foundation courses, life drawing, drawing and painting courses. The teaching assignment will be four courses each semester. MFA required with a minimum of 3 years experience in teaching 2D foundations and life drawing and/or painting at the college level. Duties include teaching undergraduate-level courses, advising students, and assisting with university committees and departmental work.

Deadline for receipt of applications is May 30, 2008 for initial review; applications received after that date will be considered until position is filled.
