UNCW does not accept credit card payments in the Cashiers office or by phone. The following instructions are provided to aid you in completing your payments through Sea Net. Your student will have to provide you with their Student ID number and PIN number in order for you to access the system.

Credit card payments for student accounts will only be accepted online via SeaNet by following these simple steps:

• Log on to http://www.uncw.edu/.
• Click on Current Students.
• Click on SeaNet on right side of screen.
• Click on Secure Log In for Faculty, Staff and Students.
• Enter Banner ID Number and Pin (Pin is setup by student)
• Click on Student Services & Financial Aid.
• Click on Student Records.
• Click on Account Summary by Term
• Credit Card payment option is near the top of the page in blue.
• Make sure you have chosen the correct term for payment. Please pay no attention to the words in your term "Registration Fee's" and View Only.
