Accounts Payable includes auditing of accounts,
claims and demands against the University and payment of all the
University's legally incurred obligations for materials and services.
Payment is rendered upon receipt of invoice, receiving of goods
and services, and request for payment and application of audit
procedures to assure proper payment.
