All,

We have been directed by  OSBM to provide them with an exact amount for our May and June  monthly allotments. The difficult part of this request is that the May allotment is due at the end of this week!  So if you have any exception request you must get them to Bob Russell by noon on Wednesday or they will not be considered for the month of May.   

The June allotment submission deadline to Bob Russell is May 14. It will be the last chance this fiscal year to request an exception to the directive.

Please refer to our guidance concerning acceptable exceptions and please let me know if you have any questions.
