Before any package can be picked up the student must present a picture ID and the box notice to the Window Clerk!
When shipping perishables
items or medical supplies that need special handling, please note
on the package (i.e. refrigerate). The student will be sent a courtesy
e-mail, and a notice is placed in their box, that they have a perishable
supply to pick up. Notices continue weekly if not picked up. After the fourth notice, the parcel will be returned to the sender, "unclaimed."
Notices are written and
distributed to the campus boxes when a package arrives. Notices
will be given
for:
- items that require a signature
- incoming faxes,
- pieces which specify "do
not bend"
- campus boxes with excessive amounts of mail.
Notices

No, for the safety of our students, all
mail and parcels are delivered to the Seahawk Mail Center, located
in the University Union. Seahawk Mail staff notifies the students by
placing notices in their campus boxes to come to the Service Window
located in the University Union to sign for and receive their mail.
