Printing Services provides and maintains all campus
copiers and duplicators. Copiers are placed for low-volume convenience
copying. Keep in mind that it is always less costly to use Dittos
- The Copy Spot for copying needs when time permits. The copier
policy guarantees that all university departments and activities
have access to copiers at the same per-copy cost regardless of usage
volume or location.
Duplicators are placed in classroom buildings to provide
low cost classroom materials and are designed for a high volume
of copies made from each original. A duplicator requires the preparation
of a master in order for duplication to take place and should never
be used for less than 20 copies.
