Fisher Student Center Lobby

Check-in and pickup conference materials from the registration desk. Bagels, pastries, juice, coffee and tea will be available.  Feel free to bring food and/or beverages to the opening session.

8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

General Session

Lumina Theater

Dr. Rick Whitfield, Vice Chancellor Business Affairs will welcome all conference participants.  The conference kick-off will be celebrated together; symbolic of how conference attendees provide excellent support and services for the UNCW community.

Session Rooms

Six concurrent 50-minute sessions will be available.  Participants select four of the 50-minute sessions.  These sessions will be held in the Fisher Student Center (Masonboro Island Room, Wrightsville Beach Room and Sunset Beach Room) and the Fisher University Union (Azalea Coast Room A, Azalea Coast Room B, and Long Leaf Pine Room).

Lunch and Expo

Burney Center

Space will be provided to sit down, eat lunch – vegetarian option available, and network with UNCW support staff members.  After lunch, enjoy the festivities; explore new ideas and innovative solutions at the Expo.

1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.
