Dr. James F. and Frances B. Parnell Fellowship
This fellowship, endowed by Dr. James F. and Frances B. Parnell, is for a deserving graduate student who is studying “some aspect of field oriented terrestrial vertebrate biology."  This $500 fellowship is intended for students who have already been accepted into the UNCW Graduate School.  A faculty committee will select the recipient based upon demonstrated academic ability.

The Frances Peter Fensel Memorial Fellowship
The Frances Peter Fensel Memorial Fellowship is established for the purpose of recognizing merit in the area of Marine Biology at UNCW.

Application forms may be obtained from the biology and marine biology departmental website or the Tri-Beta Bulletin Board in Dobo Hall and returned to the Scholarship Committee, C/O to Dr. Linda F. Potts.

Applications are due February 29, 2008.

The final selection is made on the basis of: merit and experience.

The scholarship is to be awarded to a graduate student seeking a Marine Biology major at UNCW.

The John Colucci Jr. Memorial Scholarship

The John Colucci Jr. Scholarship is established for the purpose of recognizing merit in the area of Marine Biology at UNCW.
