Center for Healthy Communities
The Center for Healthy Communities is an integrating structure designed to contribute positively and measurably to the community through university and community collaboration. Founded in 2013, we are faculty, students, community leaders, citizens and agencies joining together to capitalize on our collective knowledge, skills, strengths and resources. Our mission is to foster collaborations based on respectful reciprocity that addresses community-identified issues of interest to improve the health and well-being of our communities through our strategic goals and initiatives.
