Born in Los Angeles, CA, David Weber has a 20-year career in organizational development before becoming a professor in 1999. His first career enabled him to live overseas for several years in Iran, Indonesia and Japan. This background anchors his teaching and research in organizational communication, international, intercultural and ethnographic research methods. David earned a Ph.D. in communication at the University of Denver in 1999.
