Communication Studies Day
The annual tradition of Communication Studies Day is a vibrant celebration of our discipline, department, and all who comprise the Communication Studies family. We encourage current students to take full advantage of these events and the generosity as well as expertise of alumni who will participate.
During the panel presentations, a cross section of graduates will share stories and insights from their journeys in graduate programs and professional positions. After the panelists briefly share their stories, there will be time for questions from the audience. In addition, during the networking session following each panel, students can talk directly with individual alumni to make contacts and seek advice.
During the Fashion Show, current students model business professional and business casual attire.
The Reception and Social Gathering is an ideal opportunity for Communication Studies majors as well as COM faculty, staff, and friends to converse and network with visiting alumni.
