Dissemination C4S Activities may include:

- Sharing strategies/successes with others in your department

- Professional development activity for faculty and/or parents

- Attending a workshop and sharing your learnings with faculty

- Planning and Preparation time for any presentations to be given

- Face-to-face meeting to summarize “half way” point of the grant

NOTE: These may occur throughout the year, not just in December. As you implement these activities, fill out a C4S Dissemination form on and send it on TaskStream to Dawn. A minimum of 3 hours needs to be documented but please include all that you accomplish!

- Present team collection of "Best Practices" at the conference
