*Student's advisor must approve elective. Recommend EDL 523, Research in Education, to fulfill the 3 credit hour elective requirement for students interested in applying for the Doctoral Program in Leadership and Administration.
Students interested in completing an Optional Thesis register for a total of 6 thesis credit hours beginning with 3 credit hours in the second semester of Year One for full-time students and 3 credit hours in the second semester of Year Two for part-time. Three of the 6 thesis credit hours will fulfill the 3 hour elective requirement.
