Partnership Teachers
Persons in the role of Partnership teachers are chosen by their principal from a pool of master teachers. Prerequisites, knowledges, skills and attitudes that teachers should possess to be effective in this role help guide this decision.
Partnership teachers and administrators alike are trained in the PDS Model and have a strong commitment to supporting teacher growth. Roles and responsibilities of PDS principals, partnership teachers and university supervisors have been refined to ensure that their collective talents, energies and resources are focused on improving teacher preparation and student learning.
