- The Cast and Crew book is in the FST main office. It holds holds all previously submitted forms.
- To review the book for possible cast/crew members, email the main office filmstudies@uncw.edu to set up a time to review the book.
- To submit a cast and crew form to be placed in the book, download, and either fax (910) 962-7678 or email to filmstudies@uncw.edu.
