UNC Wilmington's Ninth Annual Showcase of Student Research and Creativity
Reception April 8More than 115 posters highlighting innovative student research and creative scholarly activity will be on display April 3-April 10 as part of UNC Wilmington's Ninth Annual Showcase of Student Research and Creativity. A reception will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 8 in Randall Library, with students on hand to discuss methods and results.
Sponsored by UNC Wilmington's Center for Support of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (CSURF), the UNCW Graduate School, the Honors Scholars College, and Randall Library, the posters represent a variety of research areas in the sciences, humanities, and professional schools and colleges. Distinguished recipients of the CSURF Undergraduate Research Fellowships and CSURF Research Travel Awards will be in attendance, as well as university and departmental honors students. Students earning the UNCW Undergraduate Research Scholar and UNCW Distinguished Research Scholar designation will also be recognized. Graduate students nominated for the MAD (Making a Difference to North Carolina) awards will also be recognized.
