Online Lecturer - Health Sciences
The Department of Biology and Marine Biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for a full-time lecturer to teach 12 contact hours per semester in support of a fully online RN to BSN program in the health sciences. Preference will be given to candidates able to teach courses in Introductory Cell Biology and Microbiology. The candidate may also develop additional courses as determined by candidate strengths and department needs. In addition, the individual will take an active role in departmental service. This is a nine-month, non-tenure track position beginning in August 2014. This position can be renewed on an annual basis. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Biology or related discipline at the time of appointment.
