Before any access is granted to the Banner Advancement module the following must take place
• A Banner Advancement training course completed to help end user effectively, search, find and interpret data
• All users of the Advancement database will sign a confidentiality agreement that requires all information contained within the database to remain confidential
• Users will also need to obtain the proper department/division head signatures on the Request for Banner Advancement System Access request form
