Client Technology Services Equipment Check Out Program Calendar - will allow Administrators to make there requests, view requests, receive email confirming Client Technology Services' commitment to your Special Event. Later, the Administrator can view the confirmed request (color change on Text in Calendar after email acceptance) and a referral number is given to keep track of event and/or to co-ordinate other events). Priorities for Acceptance of all Equipment Check Out Program Requests are determined by three factors:
- (University function) - Source of requests
- (Prior commitment) - Date request was received
- (Resource availability) - Request workday or time deadline of request
