However, users must also be aware of the finite capacity of computers or network systems, and of the resources required to obtain and support those resources.
Such resources are shared among all members of the campus community, and it is in the interest of all users to ensure the proper functioning, availability, and performance of computing and communication systems and networks.
Ensure data stored on the Servers is current and being used to fulfill your mission.
Remove data from Servers that is no longer being used - either delete or archive to CDROM.

\\Sammy\departments Departmental folders 5GB Default Limit
\\Sammy\departments\UNCW SHARE\Transfer This folder is used to place TEMPORARY files that may be too large for e-mail transfer. Once the receiver has the file copied to their hard drive the file must be deleted from the server. This location is NOT a storage area for files.
