Need help with a technology or computing issue? Get help at AskTAC, UNCW's self-service knowledge base, available 24 hours a day. Just log in with your UNCW email username and password. AskTAC provides answers to your questions on UNCW-specific applications and also on standard industry applications like Blackboard, Adobe, Mac, Microsoft, Word, Excel and more. You can "Open Incident" to contact the TAC if your solution is not found in AskTAC.

To help you help yourself, we offer online training with Computer Based Training (CBT) and Books 24x7, free to faculty, staff and students. For in-person training, be sure to check out our Computing@UNCW program and our training workshops. See links for these programs on the right hand panel.
Additionally, with the online, self-service Remedy Request System, faculty and staff can enter a help ticket or a project request which will go directly into our system.
