The Technology Assistance Center (TAC) is here to answer your questions and provide support for all your computing issues or problems. The TAC provides phone, e-mail and walk-in assistance to the UNCW campus community. The Information Technology Systems Division also offers various training options for faculty, staff and students. Whether you prefer face-to-face training in our training workshops or online learning at your own pace, we can meet your instructional needs. Additionally, with the online, self-service Remedy Request System, faculty and staff can enter a help ticket or a project request which will go directly into our system.
