Pre-Health Advisors: First and Second Year
Throughout your years at UNCW, you will have access to an Pre-Health Advisor in University College. Your advisor will help you navigate University Studies requirements, assist you in exploring which health profession is the best fit for you, guide you in the choice of courses to satisfy professional schools of health pre-requisite requirements, and help you compile your Pre-Health Admissions e-Portfolio.

Pre-Health Advisor: During the Application Process
After you have declared a major, you will have access to a Pre-Health Professions Advisor located in the College of Arts and Sciences. This advisor will play a critical role in all aspects of your professional school applications, including preparing for and scheduling admissions tests, coordinating letters of recommendation, crafting your personal statement, and getting ready for your interviews.
