Enrollment verifications are available to current and former students through SeaNet. After signing on, follow the links to "Student Services & Financial Aid" and then to "Student Records." Enrollment verifications (or certification letters) may also be obtained in the Registrar's office in person or by a signed, written request.
The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications.

Degree verifications are typically available approximately one month after the last day of exams for a graduating semester (fall, spring, and summer session II).
If you are a current University of North Carolina Wilmington student, a parent, a local business, or a North Carolina State agency, please contact the Registrar's Office at (910) 962-4202. Enrollment verifications can be mailed or faxed only with written authorization from the student. Students may also request an enrollment verification in person with a photo ID.
