To vote in person in New Hanover County while in school, Seahawks must register in New Hanover County. Otherwise, you must request an absentee ballot from your home county where you are registered.

• Absentee Ballot Online Application: The deadline to submit an absentee request is 5:00 PM one week prior to Election Day.
