Seth Carpenter earned his M.Ed. at the University of Pittsburgh, where he also trained and performed with TheatreSports for over six years, eventually becoming the director.  In addition to TheatreSports, Seth also trained with the late Martin DeMaat of Second City.  He starred as Barry and Tony in “Tony & Tina's Wedding” for over a year.  Seth taught improvisation, acting, and voice & speech at Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts.  He has also taught numerous acting and improvisation workshops at private theatre arts schools. 

Seth and his wife, Emily, moved to Wilmington in 2005 between trips to Montreal, Scandinavia, Europe, Alaska and Hawaii, where they were rehearsing and performing with Cirque du Soleil.  They recently completed their second contract with Cirque du Soleil, in which they toured as character clowns in "A Taste of Cirque du Soleil."
