Understand the multiple dimensions of wellness (i.e., spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, and physical), the various factors affecting each dimension, and how the dimensions are interrelated.

Develop a wellness plan that specifically addresses personal short-term health behavior needs and supports long-term multidimensional outcome-based goals.

Identify the thoughts, attitudes, choices, and behaviors associated with lifelong health and wellness.

Participate in safe and effective physical activities that contribute to national health guidelines.
