Courses are usually 3 credit hours and usually meet either two or three days a week.
Certain classes are 4 credit hours due to a lab component. Labs are sometimes listed as a separate class, so read your course names carefully. For example, GLY 120 and GLYL 120. (If a class has a lab component, you will need to sign up for the lab and lecture at the exact same time. This will be covered in the SeaNet & Registration video.)
Full-time students enroll in at least 12 credit hours, however students can only register for up to 10 hours during Early Registration.
Students are encouraged to enroll in 14 - 16 hours each semester and can add further classes at Orientation.
To graduate, students must complete 124 credit hours.
The 124 hours are separated into the following parts and must be completed prior to graduation:
University Studies Curriculum requirements
Major requirements
Electives, depending on your major
