University College observes UNCW Summer Hours. We are open 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday and open 8 am - 11:30 am on Friday.

Welcome

University College's primary focus is to ensure that students make a successful transition to UNCW, retain good academic standing, and identify and declare an appropriate major.

Students should see their advisor frequently to ensure academic success, to discuss transition to college life, and to plan their university experience and future.

Early-Registration

Incoming freshmen who have registered for Orientation by May 13th can review the Early-Registration Tutorial online. Freshmen can view the tutorial online now, but will only be able to register for courses Monday, May 21 at 3 pm until Friday, May 25 at 7 pm.

Advisors are on-call to answer questions beyond our summer hours. Students may call us directly at (910) 962-3245 between the hours of 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm Monday, May 21 - Friday, May 25. Please review all aspects of the Early-Registration Tutorial before calling with your questions.
